We would like to assure our customers, suppliers and employees that we are taking proactive steps to mitigate the risks posed to the health of our staff and customers, and our ability to fulfil our supply chain obligations.

To protect our employees, home or isolated cloud-based working has been implemented for all staff and further hygiene protocols have been put in place for staff who remain on site at our Denbigh facility including hospital-style hand-washing facilities and heightened safety procedures around the acceptance / dispatch of orders. Currently, all non-essential on-site service work is postponed and we are not undertaking any unnecessary travel. However, as lockdowns ease across the United Kingdom we will be looking to resume on site work, liaising with customers in advance of any planned projects, taking each customer interaction on a case by case basis in terms of Health & Safety precautions relating to COVID-19.

We continue to operate as normal when it comes to supplying our customers with fluids, filters, resin, and other EDM consumables. These items are well stocked with no current delay indicated by our suppliers and require only minimal manual handling. We understand that under the current circumstances customers may have reduced staff or limited delivery slots available; please let us know of any changes to your normal delivery arrangements if you need to place an order and we will do everything we can to accommodate any extra requirements you may have.
