How do we store information?

Digitally held information is stored on a secure password protected internal server and software

Physical information is promptly stowed away in filing cabinets within a small office environment in a lockable cabinet where necessary. Visitors and subcontractors are not left unattended within the office and the premises are secured out-of-hours under an alarmed system, with CCTV monitoring is in place.

We will hold your information for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as it set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.
