With regular maintenance you can avoid poor system performance, costly downtime through the early detection of potential problems, and keep your systems compliant with the relevant regulations.

As part of our ongoing support we are now offering annual service contracts to both our own customers and those who purchased filter units through an OEM who are looking to protect their production against possible breakdowns or under-performing systems. Our UK wide team of service engineers has over 20 years experience supporting filtration systems produced by the leading manufacturers.

What’s Included

Our service contracts are aimed at checking the whole process of supplying oil into the machine and not just the filtration itself. Depending on the filter system size and type it will include checks such as:

  • Two preventative maintenance visits per year to carry out over 75 checks in accordance with supplier guidelines and to advise on any potential issues that may be starting to appear;

  • Oil testing by our laboratory in Germany to advise on filtration efficiency, contaminants, cobalt levels and other issues that may affect the grinding process and / or operator health and safety;

  • Gas leak test on the chillers for Vomat systems.
